Getting started

Simple from day one.

You don't need to know where to start. That's our job. We'll get to know you, understand what you want to achieve and guide you through every step.

01

Book a Call

Start with a friendly 15-minute chat. We'll talk about what you'd like to achieve, what's been getting in the way and whether Reform Fitness feels like the right fit for you.

02

Your Intro Session

We'll welcome you into the gym, learn more about you and establish your starting point with an assessment, body scan and movement assessment.

03

Start Your 28 Day Challenge

You'll start with our 28 Day Challenge, strength training with us two to three times per week, with cardio-based sessions added where needed. You'll follow a structured plan, build confidence in the gym and experience how Reform Fitness works before deciding what comes next.

No intimidating gym induction. No being left to figure things out on your own.

Small Group Personal Training

Personal coaching. Better together.

Small Group Personal Training gives you the coaching and structure of personal training, with the encouragement and energy of training alongside others.

You're not simply joining a class and following along. Our coaches know you, understand your goals and help you train at the right level for you. You'll have a structured training plan, expert guidance throughout every session and support whenever you need it.

  • Expert coaching every session
  • Training built around you
  • Small, supportive groups
  • Progress at your own pace
It's personal training — not a fitness class.

You can be training alongside someone with completely different goals or experience to you. Your coach will make sure your training is appropriate for where you are and where you want to go.

Frequently asked questions

Still got questions?

That's completely normal. Here are some of the things people often want to know before getting started with Reform Fitness.

What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group Personal Training gives you the structure, guidance and attention of personal training while training alongside a small group of other members. You'll follow a training plan, with your coach adapting exercises, weights and progressions to suit you. You might be training alongside someone with completely different goals or experience — and that's absolutely fine.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. You don't need to get fit before coming to Reform Fitness — that's what we're here to help you with. We'll meet you where you are now and help you progress from there.

What if I've never done anything like this before?

That's absolutely fine. Plenty of people come to us with little or no training experience. Our coaches will show you what to do, help with your technique and make sure everything is appropriate for your ability. You don't need to know your way around a gym before you start.

How often will I train?

During your 28 Day Challenge, we recommend strength training with us two to three times per week. You can also add cardio-based sessions where needed, giving you a balanced approach to building strength, improving fitness and making progress.

What happens after the 28 Day Challenge?

If you've enjoyed the experience and Reform Fitness feels like the right place for you, we'll talk you through the options for continuing your training with us. But there's no need to decide that now — you don't even know if you like us yet!

What if I'm nervous about joining a gym?

You certainly wouldn't be the first. We've designed the whole experience so you're supported from the moment you walk through the door. You'll know what you're doing, have a coach there to help and quickly get to know the people around you.
