EVERY SESSION COACHED

Every session is led by one of our expert coaches to guide and support you, whether you're returning to exercise after time off or just unsure what to do.

STRUCTURED TRAINING

We'll meet you where you're at with training - you won't just be chucked in at the deep end.

ABOUT REFORM FITNESS

Reform Fitness was founded by head coach Steve Sanger in 2013. It started life as a one-to-one personal training business run from Steve's home garage, and has since evolved into Barnstaple's leading Small Group Personal Training gym.

Steve and his team of expert coaches draw on 20+ years of industry experience to support people towards their fitness goals, be it fat loss, increasing strength, or for general and health and wellbeing. His passion is to create a community who support each other to reach their goals and fall in love fitness.

Our 6 Week Challenge offers you a chance to experience our coaching, nutritional support and community with no long-term commitment.

OUR MEMBERSHIPS - THE FINER DETAILS

STRENGTH SESSIONS

Our strength-based sessions run on an 8:1 coaching ratio, ensuring you are never left wondering what to do.  We recommend 2-3 a week to see progress, move better and feel strong, as a foundation for your training structure.

CARDIO CONDITIONING

We believe in an all-round approach to fitness and these sessions are designed to improve your cardiovascular health. We recommend everyone prioritise strength work, but try at least a few of these in the initial 6 weeks.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

Everyone is at a different stage of their journey and working towards different results. We'll offer personalised nutrition to meet you where you're at and help you towards your goals.

ACCOUNTABILITY COACH

We know how hard it is to start - and to stay on track. That's why you'll have a designated accountability coach to keep you on track and answer any questions.

BODY SCANS

Your progress is about so much more than your weight. Our monthly Body Scans offer you a chance to see real progress, and for us to give you the most accurate guidance and support.
